The best homes have the best art

I've been a visual artist since I was 16. For the last two decades, I've worked as a professional real estate photographer across Los Angeles: Bird Streets, Trousdale, Malibu, Brentwood, photographing some of the most meticulously designed homes in the city.

One thing has become undeniable through that work: the best spaces are defined by the art inside them.

Barian Haus is where my two disciplines converge.

Every piece in this collection begins as photography, images I've shot across Los Angeles, from street-level signage and architectural details to art shows and urban texture.

But the work doesn't stop at the photograph. Through montage, I dismantle each image and rebuild it as something closer to a painting than a print. Photographic fragments lose their documentary identity and become color, form, texture, and gesture on a surface.

The camera captures the source material. The composition is where the art happens.

The work is printed exclusively on Chromaluxe HD metal using dye-sublimation, a substrate that doesn't just display the image but becomes part of it. Reflective surfaces gain actual luminance. Blacks achieve a depth that paper can't touch. These aren't prints mounted on metal. They're objects. Closer to paintings than photographs in how they occupy a wall and a room.

The collection is limited edition across three tiers: Editions of 4, 10, and 25, each with a certificate of authenticity. When an edition closes, it closes permanently.

Every piece is produced through Artbeat Studios in Southern California using archival-quality processes rated to resist fading for over 65 years.

Barian Haus exists because I believe photography can do what painting has always claimed as its own... command a room, reward sustained looking, and change depending on who's standing in front of it.
